YOUR RETURN or CANCELLATION. If You attempt to cancel this agreement at any time subsequent to midnight of the third business day after the date of the agreement but prior to the start of work, and Billings Metal Roofing and Solar accepts such cancellation then You agree to pay Billings Metal Roofing and Solar estimated labor and materials costs for the job or 33% of Contract Price.
